We did a 12 day tour with Hoi An Express with another couple (friends) and 1 other man, so it was like a private tour. We knew what to expect from the itinerary, but the tour exceeded our expectations. It was so easy taken everywhere with a guide for most of the tour, then when we flew to Hanoi we were picked up and taken to the tours or met by a guide for that particular tour. Very well planned, no complaints, made our Viet Nam experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended. Tour guides were knowledgeable and lots of fun.

Absolutely loved the tour..just a few things could make it excellent..An English speaking driver on arrival at airport would start the holiday off really well..and more clarity about the long 13 hour journey when dropping passengers at the bus station and how long before next bus etc...on the whole we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and will recommend it to others.Thanks so much!!

Eine tolle Erfahrung

I had taken the 21 day tour starting Feb 3. For my experience I had received most information through email and whatsapp. However sometimes I experienced miscommunication with hotel - the Hoi An Express then did their best to fix with the hotel about my room. The tour guides selected for each country knew English well and gave their recommendations and cultural knowledge and I was very satisfied with the activities and planned itinerary. Each hotel and driver was satisfactory. For free days I would advise sometimes people have to search for the activities themselves to save money/ whether they can just get a taxi themselves and eat at an authentic restaurant. I noticed in Saigon that after the puppet show we were taken to a very touristy restaurant that the food didn't taste as authentic as hoped. But overall, this tour is great, if you are planning last minute, and you want an experience where it is mostly hassle-free, with a driver and guide, this is for you. I felt like more days in Cambodia would have been nice to see more temples/ other aspects or other city of Cambodia , and even some more time in Laos. My highlight for trip was seeing Ha Long Bay, it was nice that I could also meet other people.
